Onboarding Checklist For Store Launch

Agreements-Exhibits & Key Vendor Set-Up

  • Initial Dealer Application – Verification

  • Total Wireless Exclusive Retailer Exhibit

  • Master Agent – MDF Programs Exhibit

  • T-Cetra Retailer Application And Account Set-Up

  • B2B Soft POS Retailer Account Set-Up

Grand Opening Events & Ongoing Marketing

  • Create and invest in meaningful Grand Opening marketing events, including “Own The Block”outreach events, grass roots marketing, off-site promotion, cross-marketing programs, and more

  • Utilize and ensure exterior signage andall available options (pending local zoning guidelines) are being utilized: Windflags, A-Frames,Rooftop Inflatables, etc

  • Social media & Google optimization: Account set-up and campaign/budget strategy/implementation programs

Opening Orders-Stocking

  • Work with PEAK Team to review the current device promotions, typical opening device and accessory orders from respective vendors

  • Handsets / SIMs

  • Accessories

Store Buildout

  • Vanilla Shell of retail store including approved paint/flooring specs

  • Site Survey and Floorplan design (approved vendor program)

  • Fixture order, transit, and install(approved vendor program)

  • Signage pre-approval and submission

  • Installation of security and operational hardware + systems

  • Internet – Static IP Address

  • Permanent Signage Installation

  • Store Collateral & Merchandising with Current Rate Guide - Offers

Store Submission

  • Retail site detailed submissions require interior/exterior photos, key site anchor and competito details, square footage and floor plan details, etc

  • Site submission to Total Wireless Team for review and approval

Sales Team Floor Level Training & Systems Verification

  • Ensure sales leadership and floor level teams aretrained on all day to day systems being used within store – including POS and VidaPay platforms

  • Training and thorough understanding by salesteam of Total Wireless offers, competitive advantages, and customer service procedures

  • Established and trained store operating procedures (i.e. daily store opening processes,cash drawer close, etc) for all new locations
