Ensure sales leadership and floor level teams aretrained on all day to day systems being used within store – including POS and VidaPay platforms
Training and thorough understanding by salesteam of Total Wireless offers, competitive advantages, and customer service procedures
Established and trained store operating procedures (i.e. daily store opening processes,cash drawer close, etc) for all new locations
